Did you know that, often, the only thing standing between a credit card holder and a lower interest rate is a phone call? It's true.
Do you have credit cards? Why not try it?
Call each of your credit card issuing companies today and simply tell them you'd like a lower interest rate. The answer may be no, but if not - you'll be glad you called. After all, depending on your credit card debt and current interest rate, even a small decrease in interest could potentially make a big impact.
It's a good rule of thumb to call and ask for a lower interest rate at least once per year, if not every six months.
