Fall has certainly taken a turn to the milder side in recent days. In Iowa City, trick or treaters enjoyed a fantastic night to gather their required sugar intake. Here’s hoping we have three or four more months of this before we move into Spring!

Man, Iowa is a fun place. I was fortunate enough to play in a golf outing yesterday. Second time this year. Both times I have played I needed a rain jacket for rain AND cold. And now today we are in the 90s with continued warmer weather through at least the weekend. It generally isn’t boring when it comes to the weather here!
After weeks of complaining about the weather (okay, possibly years), the weather here in Iowa has been very good. The right mix of rain coupled with near perfect temperatures have made for some fun times in Iowa. And boy does my yard love it!
